Terms and Conditions

1. The Service

ListicleWriter.ai generates draft best-of listicles, export formats (Markdown, HTML) and JSON-LD schema using artificial intelligence. Output is a draft for you to review; it is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person or business per account.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Free Trial: 2 listicles in total. Creator: 30 listicles per billing month. Pro Publisher: 100 per billing month. Lifetime Deal: one-time payment, 100 listicles per month for the life of the Service. Unused listicles do not roll over.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices shown include or exclude tax as stated at checkout.

4. Failed payments and automatic cancellation

If a renewal payment fails, your account becomes past due. We will email you up to three payment reminders, and our payment provider will retry the charge.

If payment is still outstanding after the third reminder, your subscription is cancelled automatically, your account is closed and access is blocked. Your saved listicles, history and account data are then permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Download anything you want to keep before this happens.

5. Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends. We send you an email when a cancellation is scheduled and when it takes effect.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, including statutory cooling-off rights in the UK and EU where they apply and have not been waived by starting to use the Service.

7. Your content and responsibility

You own the listicles you generate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing them, and for any claims, prices, affiliate links, trademarks or recommendations you publish.

Do not use the Service to create unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content.

7a. Data storage and security

We store your data in encrypted cloud storage, do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models, rely on Stripe to vault card details, and keep only hashed connection IDs in security logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To protect the Service, connections with repeated security violations (such as failed captchas or sign-in attempts) may be blocked automatically for a period of time.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features, prices (with notice to subscribers) or these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost rankings or errors in AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or fail to pay, as described in section 4.
