What we collect

Account data: email address and sign-in details (email or Google).

Usage data: the topics, settings and listicles you generate and save, and how many listicles you have used.

Billing data: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored by us.

Contact form: your name, email and message.

Security: a Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact form to block spam.

Why we use it

To provide the Service and your account (contract), to take payments and send billing emails such as payment reminders and cancellation notices (contract), to prevent abuse (legitimate interest) and to meet legal obligations such as tax records.

AI processing

Your topic and settings are sent to our AI provider to generate the listicle. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Who we share it with

Hosting and database provider, AI provider, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for spam protection and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you close your account, or it is closed automatically after three unanswered payment reminders, your listicles and account data are permanently deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, CNIL in France or your German state authority). Email get@listiclewriter.ai.

Data storage and security

Encrypted cloud storage: your account, listicles and history are stored with our cloud hosting provider, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

No model training: your topics, settings and generated listicles are not used to train AI models — ours or our AI provider's.

Payment vaulting: card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and vaulted by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We only see plan, status, the last four digits and invoices.

Hashed connection logs: for security and free-trial fairness we store a salted, one-way scrambled ID of your internet connection — never your raw IP address. Security logs are used only to stop abuse, for example by temporarily blocking connections with repeated failed attempts.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and storage needed for sign-in, security and payments. We do not use advertising cookies.
